You’re looking for an explanation.

You’re not looking for another diet. You’re trying to understand why you still don’t feel like yourself.

01

The nights that don’t restore you.

You wake tired after a full night in bed, or find yourself wide awake at 3am.

03

The story told in pieces.

One doctor heard about sleep. Another saw your thyroid panel. You keep starting over.

A more complete conversation

A lab result is one part of your story.

Bloodwork provides useful information. Your symptoms, their timing, and their effect on daily life deserve a place beside it.

Before you begin

A few things worth knowing.

Are these tools a diagnosis?

No. They help you organize your experience and prepare questions. They do not interpret lab values, diagnose a condition, or recommend treatment. Bring your notes to your own licensed clinician.

Do I need recent lab results?

Helpful, but not required. Start with what you know. These tools start with your own observations. Bring lab reports to your clinician if you have them.

Where are my answers saved?

Your tool answers stay in this browser on this device. They are not sent to The Health Institute. You can download a copy or erase your saved answers. Avoid shared devices for private information.

What happens in a consultation?

A coach listens to your story and discusses whether the Cellular Health Regenerator fits. If it does, the coach explains the program and investment. There is no obligation.

Do I have to stop my medication?

No. Never stop or change any medication without the clinician who prescribed it.

Can a partner join the conversation?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your husband, partner, or a family member. The Health Institute is cash-pay and does not bill insurance.
